🦭 Spurn Point

19 minute drive, Spurn Head, south of Kilnsea, HU12 0UH

Amazing walk amongst the wildlife. At over three miles long but as little as 50 metres wide, this landscape is unique and ever-changing. At the end you’ll find the lighthouse which is sometimes open to the public. Spurn Discovery Centre is the perfect base to begin your adventure. With toilets, cafe, education hub, events and more. The Crown and Anchor Pub is a great stop off on the way.

🐚 Withernsea Beach

10 minute drive

A lovely walk down the beach. Including an arcade with bowling and softplay. Plenty of fish and chips and a bikers cafe. Withernsea has a leisure Centre and new skate park. Millennium Green Play Park is great for the kids with free parking.

☀️ Hornsea Beach

36 minute drive to a lovely beach (worth the extra drive) with arcades and amazing fish and chips. Hornsea has a leisure Centre with swimming, gym and cafe. Hornsea Freeport is nearby and has a few outlet shops, a large soft play and BugTopia. Hornsea Mere is great for a walk, and a visit to the Hornsea Mere Cafe.

📍 Hull

36 minute drive, Hull has plenty to do, with lots of bars and places to eat. Brew Dog has shuffle board and arcade games on the Marina. The Fruit Market has row of trendy restaurants and shops, including The Boardroom which has virtual darts and shuffleboard. At the end there is a small dino museum featuring interactive dinosaur-related exhibits. The Deep is an awe-inspiring aquarium and is a hit with the kids.
